These Terms & Conditions govern participation in The Bookworm Bunch – Storytelling for Kids, organized by Leto Centre. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. General Conditions

1.1 This event is exclusively for children aged 4-6 years, with one accompanying parent/guardian per child. Additional attendees are not permitted.

1.2 The event is a social gathering for storytelling only. No medical advice, consultation, or diagnosis will be provided.

1.3 The event schedule, format, and venue are subject to change without prior notice. Leto Centre reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event as necessary.

1.4 Entry to the event is strictly through pre-booked online tickets. No walk-ins or spot registrations will be entertained.

2. Tickets & Payments

2.1 The ticket price is ₹20 per child, covering admission for one parent/guardian.

2.2 Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other services or future events at Leto Centre.

2.3 Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid e-ticket. Screenshots or altered copies of tickets will not be accepted.

2.4 No replacement or refund will be issued for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.

3. Event Code of Conduct

3.1 All attendees must adhere to Leto Centre’s Policy on Good Conduct, which applies to patients, staff, attenders, and event participants. The policy ensures a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all.

3.2 Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate—including harassment, verbal abuse, or failure to follow event rules—may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3.3 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows event etiquette and respects the storytellers, staff, and fellow attendees.

3.4 Leto Centre reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals at its discretion for violation of the Good Conduct Policy or these terms and conditions.

3.5 All attendees must maintain proper decorum and good conduct throughout the event. Leto Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals causing disturbances.

3.6 Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times and ensure they behave appropriately during the event.

3.7 No food, beverages, or outside items are allowed inside the venue.

3.8 No pets are allowed at the event.

3.9 Parents/guardians must ensure minimal disruption to the neighborhood when parking and entering/exiting the venue.

4. Liability & Safety

4.1 Leto Centre and its representatives will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring at the event.

4.2 Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their child’s safety, behavior, and well-being during the event.

4.3 Leto Centre is not liable for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged at the event.

4.4 In case of an emergency, attendees must follow instructions from event organizers and designated personnel.

5. Photography & Media

5.1 By attending the event, you grant Leto Centre permission to photograph and record video/audio footage during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

5.2 If you do not consent to photography or recordings, please inform the event organizers in advance. However, Leto Centre cannot guarantee exclusion from all event media.

6. Parking & Accessibility

6.1 Street parking is available near the venue. Leto Centre is not responsible for vehicle security or any damage incurred.

6.2 Attendees must not block driveways or disrupt local residents while parking or entering the venue.

6.3 The event space may have limited accessibility features. Parents/guardians should contact organizers in advance for any special requirements.

7. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure

7.1 Leto Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods)

Government restrictions or public health concerns

Organizer illness or emergency

Venue-related issues

7.2 In the event of cancellation, ticket refunds will not be provided, except at Leto Centre’s discretion.

8. Admission Rights & Policy Updates

8.1 Leto Centre reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry to any individual for security, behavioral, or policy-related reasons.
