These Terms & Conditions govern participation in events organized by Leto Centre, including but not limited to The Bookworm Bunch – Storytelling for Kids, Adults Book Club, The Nesting Circle, and Little Steps Club. By purchasing a ticket and attending any event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

1. General Conditions
1.1 Children’s events are curated for specific age groups, as announced per event. Most events require children to be accompanied by one parent/guardian only. The Adults Book Club is strictly for adult participants.

1.2 These events are social and educational gatherings. No medical advice, consultation, or diagnosis will be provided.

1.3 Event details, including age eligibility, schedule, format, venue, and ticket pricing, may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Leto Centre reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event at its discretion.

1.4 Entry is strictly by pre-booked online tickets. Walk-ins or on-the-spot registrations will not be permitted.

2. Tickets & Payments
2.1 Ticket rates vary by event and will be announced individually. Tickets generally cover admission for one child and one accompanying adult unless otherwise specified.

2.2 All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or events at Leto Centre.

2.3 Entry will be granted only on presentation of a valid e-ticket. Screenshots or altered copies of tickets will not be accepted.

2.4 Lost or misplaced tickets will not be reissued or refunded under any circumstances.

 

3. Event Code of Conduct
3.1 All attendees must adhere to Leto Centre’s Good Conduct Policy, applicable to patients, staff, visitors, and event participants.

3.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior—including harassment, verbal abuse, or failure to follow event rules—may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3.3 Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's behavior and must ensure respectful interaction with storytellers, staff, and other participants.

3.4 Leto Centre reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who violate these terms or the Good Conduct Policy.

3.5 Proper decorum and supervision are expected at all times. Unsupervised or disruptive children may be asked to leave.

3.6 No food, drinks, or external items are allowed inside the venue.

3.7 Pets are not permitted.

3.8 Attendees must park and enter the venue without disturbing neighbors or blocking access.

 

4. Liability & Safety
4.1 Leto Centre and its staff will take reasonable precautions, but are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the event.

4.2 Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety and well-being throughout the event.

4.3 Leto Centre is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

4.4 In emergencies, attendees must cooperate with event organizers and follow instructions.

 

5. Photography & Media
5.1 By attending the event, you grant Leto Centre the right to photograph and record media for promotional and educational use.

5.2 If you do not consent to photography or recording, please inform the organizers in advance. However, complete exclusion from event media cannot be guaranteed.

 

6. Parking & Accessibility
6.1 Street parking is available near the venue. Leto Centre is not responsible for vehicle safety.

6.2 Please avoid blocking driveways or creating inconvenience to local residents.

6.3 For accessibility needs, attendees are encouraged to contact organizers in advance.

 

7. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure
7.1 Leto Centre may cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen situations, such as, but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

• Government mandates or health emergencies

• Organizer illness or emergencies

• Venue-related issues

7.2 Refunds in case of cancellation are at the sole discretion of Leto Centre.

 

8. Admission Rights & Policy Updates
8.1 Leto Centre reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry for behavioral, safety, or policy-related reasons.
