PICME Registration Process

As per Government of Tamandu's regulations every pregnant mother are supposed to enrol herself and get a PICME (Pregnancy and Infant Cohort Monitoring and Evaluation) Number. This is Mandatory and can be done online. To help pregnant mother's get enrolled we have added the steps below. 

The new website for Self Registration at the Government (picme3) portal is now given below. 

Step 2: Complete Pre-registration, by filling out details

Step 3: A Pre-Registration ID will be generated upon completion

Step 4: Furnish this number to your area VHN/UHN and you'll be given your PICME number

Note:

  1. PICME number is mandatory for all pregnant women to get a Birth Certificate for their baby.

  2. This is mandatory in the state of Tamilnadu. Mothers from other state please refer with your state's Health Authorities.

  3. Visit PICME website for more information.

  4. The details on the PICME website are not owned by Leto Centre for Women's Health.
