Leto Centre – Terms & Conditions for “Wit Happens” (Movember Edition) A stand-up comedy event for a social cause – Men’s Health & Wellness Awareness.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending the event. “Wit Happens” is a stand-up comedy event organized by Leto Centre for Health, under its community initiative “Leto for a Social Cause.”

By booking a ticket and participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. General Conditions :

1.1 This event is open to individuals aged 16 years and above. Entry of children below 16 years is not permitted.

1.2 This event is intended as a light-hearted social gathering to promote health awareness and community connection. No medical advice, consultation, or diagnosis will be offered.

1.3 Event schedule, performer lineup, and venue details are subject to change without prior notice.

1.4 Pre-booked online tickets only. Walk-ins or spot registrations are not permitted.

1.5: All genders are welcome - because laughter and health belong to everyone.

2. Tickets & Payments :

2.1 Ticket price: ₹250 per person. Internet handling and third-party platform fees are additional.

2.2 Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other services or future events.

2.3 Entry requires presentation of a valid e-ticket (digital or printed). Screenshots or altered copies will not be accepted.

2.4 Leto Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.

3. Event Code of Conduct:

3.1 All attendees must adhere to Leto Centre’s Good Conduct Policy, which applies to all patients, staff, and visitors.

3.2 Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior (including harassment or verbal abuse) will result in immediate removal without refund.

3.3 Attendees must maintain decorum and respect towards performers, staff, and fellow guests.

3.4 No food, beverages, outside items, or pets are permitted inside the venue.

3.5 Please ensure minimal disturbance to the neighborhood while parking or entering/exiting the premises.

4. Liability & Safety :

4.1 Leto Centre takes reasonable precautions to maintain safety but is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents.

4.2 Attendees are responsible for their own safety, conduct, and belongings.

4.3 In emergencies, attendees must follow organizer or venue staff instructions.

5. Photography & Media :

5.1 By attending, you consent to photography, video, or audio recording for promotional, awareness, and educational use by Leto Centre.

5.2 If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the organizers beforehand, though complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

6. Parking & Accessibility:

6.1 Limited on-premise and free street parking available. Leto Centre assumes no responsibility for vehicle safety.

6.2 Attendees must avoid blocking driveways or causing inconvenience to local residents.

6.3 Accessibility options are limited; please contact the organizers in advance for assistance.

7. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure:

7.1 Leto Centre reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances including illness, emergencies, or public restrictions.

7.2 Refunds will be issued only at Leto Centre’s discretion in exceptional cases.

8. Admission Rights & Policy Updates:

8.1 Right of Admission Reserved. Leto Centre may deny or revoke entry for policy violations or security reasons.
