Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your payment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund or change of appointment, you must contact us within 15 days and opt either for a change in appointment timing with available date and time or can ask for a refund.

To complete your refund, we may require a receipt or proof of payment done by you. And, we may also ask you to send us an email regarding the same at letowomen@gmail.com with a subject “Refund”. Once your request for refund has been received by us we will send you an email to notify you, and will intimate you of the approval of your refund, if applicable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/Debit card or original method of payment, within a 10-14 working days. Since we process our payments through third-party gateways (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd -  for payments made online on our website and Other UPI/BHIM compliant applications & card payments through MSwipe Technologies for payments made at our centre) we also request you to check into their policies also.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at letowomen@gmail.com or call us at +919345043740 and we shall look into the matter from our end as we have to verify with our third-party ‘payment gateway’ support team. You will be kept informed of the process from time to time.
