Due to limited appointment slots, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation. This gives us the opportunity to fill slots with other bookings.

 If you have to cancel your service, we offer you a refund as per our ‘Refund Policy’ to your account, but do not offer other payments or privileges.
