Question:

My due date given earlier and the date given on my ultrasound scan are different! Should I be worried? What is the correct date? Answer:

You need not worry! Only about 5% of mothers deliver the baby on the given “due date”. The date may vary according to the timing of the scan. A date on range +/- 1 weeks is acceptable. Do not stress yourself! Enjoy motherhood!

Proper diet and exercise are the key to fight against diabetes.

Pregnant women who have been diagnosed with High blood sugar levels (GDM) are more prone to develop diabetes at a later stage.
